And this is the confidence that we have before him: that whenever we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in regard to whatever we ask, then we know that we have the requests that we have asked from him.

Omniscience

Father, I will receive your words and store up your commands within me. I will make my ear attentive to wisdom and turn my heart to understanding. I will seek it like silver and search for it like hidden treasure so that I might understand how to fear you, and discover knowledge about you. For it is you that give wisdom and from your mouth comes knowledge and understanding. Amen.
